Great service, arrived early, clean truck, very polite driver.

Cristian provided us with awesome customer service. He made sure our car didn't suffer any damages while towed and was gracious enough to give us a ride home being it was so late and we had been stranded for hours. Great service Cristian!

My brother was broke down on krome and sw 184th street 01/30/25 from 10:30 am until 7 pm waiting on three different towing companies his insurance company contacted that didn't show up. The towing companies stop answering the phone from the insurance roadside service. While waiting I saw a City towing truck pass by, I called them at 7:14 pm he said he had someone that was close to my brother and they would be there in about 20 to 30 minutes. At 7:57 pm my brother was calling me to let me know that they had arrived. Thank you City towing for coming to my brother's rescue, for answering the phone and keeping your "Word" by showing up.
