It was a great experience. My truck was at a point that I needed it to be discarded after the dealership stated that “it was at end of life”. I googled and contacted them. A real person answered!! They arrived at the dealership in 1 hour. We haggled on the price for about 15 minutes; which was reasonable. We agreed. The money was Zelle’d. I signed over the paperwork. They removed the license plate. The Tow truck showed up within 10 minutes. I was on my merry way

thought i needed tow truck to tow the car home after not wanting to pop into gears being stuck in the middle of the road the caller guided me through the phone told me what to do and how to pop the gears back into place with out the stick greasiest help ever and best customer service ever
