I used this service when I accidentally locked my keys in the car. The worker was quick and efficient. I wish that he would have contacted me once he arrived to my location, since I was inside my place of business when he arrived and I just happened to walk outside to see him. Other than that, he was professional and nice.

Frank did an awesome job towing my vehicle. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I received the service I needed.

After waiting for Alpine 3hours and 50 minutes City Towing came in 20 minutes. We where very satisfied

Very fast response, They treated me very kindly and the crane took the boat to the patio of my house with great care and professionalism.

Great service quick and reliable

Josh the driver was awesome. Gave a courtesy call before coming and even sent pics of the drop off. He’s very fast and professional. They’re office staffing though isn’t the nicest let alone professional. No proper greeting or verifying of vehicle. Just requested my card number and total I was told.

Don't remember the name of the young man that towed my car (think he was Charlie), but he was very nice. Big smile, respect & knowledgeable which I call: Excellent. Thank you, for the opportunity to express my aknowledge of his proffesionalism.
