Safely towed a very heavy SUV over 30 miles

Wait time was horrendous due to delays but service and driver were excellent.

We originally asked for a tow, but the driver insisted on trying to get our Mercedes Sprinter back up and running. When he couldn't he realized that it really had to be towed. The driver went beyond and it was really appreciated.
